Big Big shout out to Brandon Shaw for working so hard to sell our home. He listed it on a Sunday and we had a buyer the following Saturday. We live in North Alabama and never once saw him in person to sell the house. He has so much valuable info that a seller/ buyer needs and he will take care of it all. Never having met Brandon, I called to set up an appointment to view a home that came on the market that day. At the time, we were not dealing with a realtor. He got us in to see the property very quickly. We viewed the property very late in the afternoon and decided to make an offer. Brandon immediately went to his office to contact the seller who accepted the offer. Before the night was over, Brandon already had gotten the seller to sign the proper paperwork and had it emailed to us for our signature. He moved extremely fast and did an excellent job of communicating between the buyer and seller throughout the entire process. We were able to close in a short period of time. Best of all, he kept us informed by calling or texting almost daily and was very quick to reply if we had any questions. He did a great job of managing all aspects of our home buying experience. We will definitely be using Brandon again in the future for buying or selling.
